2. James Turrell x The Glenturret x Lalique

Building on Lalique’s earlier collection conceived in collaboration with artist James Turrell, this spectacular decanter features a robust whisky from The Glenturret, the oldest working distillery in Scotland. Limited to just 80 editions worldwide, the Eight Decades decanter honors the artist’s 80th year and includes design elements in line with Turrell’s large-scale artworks, which play with light and space. Here, violet crystal has been injected into the bottle neck, providing an ethereal contrast to the amber-colored whisky, while a pyramidal stopper of blue crystal creates an eye-catching pinnacle. Inside, a special blend drawn from eight casks offers notes of dried fruit, chocolate, orange, ginger, and gentle wood spices. The piece is available exclusively by special order through privateclient@theglenturret.com or at Lalique boutiques.
