Maison Gerard

At the Galerie House of Art and Design, they gallery is presenting several large-scale sculptures by the late Italian Argentine artist Marino di Teana and a spectacular new lighting sculpture by Niamh Barry

Founded by Gerardus A. Widdershoven in 1974, Maison Gerard has received international acclaim for its fine French Art Deco furniture, lighting, and objets d’art, which include rare and important works by design luminaries Jean-Michel Frank, Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann, and Jules Leleu, among others. Now helmed by Benoist F. Drut, the gallery also features an ambitious array of work by contemporary talents such as Hervé Van der Straeten, Achille Salvagni, Ayala Serfaty, and Niamh Barry

At the Galerie House of Art and Design, Maison Gerard is presenting several large-scale sculptures by the late Italian Argentine artist Marino di Teana and a spectacular new lighting sculpture from Barry’s “Artist’s Hand” series. This fall, the gallery presents an exhibition of new eglomise mirrors by Kiko Lopez.
