Olivier Reza is on a mission to breathe new life into the jewelry house his father, Alexandre, founded in Paris in the 1950s. Officially taking the reins of the family business in 2020, the former investment banker relocated the headquarters of Reza to New York, propelling it forward with his avant-garde designs that are filled with movement and personality.

“Our brand’s future is rooted in our history of sourcing the finest gemstones and taking creative risks,” says Reza. “We aim to uphold these principles while consistently delivering new and innovative artistic expressions that transcend occasions.” His latest initiative is launching a digital-first experience for his clients, considered a game changer in the world of high jewelry.

“I’m drawn to shapes, abstraction, and asymmetry, finding harmony in chaos and bringing unrelated concepts into a cohesive composition”

Arts and craft: “My inspiration spans nature, art, fashion, industrial design, and architecture,” says Reza, a passionate collector who has amassed an impressive trove of works by Antony Gormley, Gerhard Richter, Tracey Emin, the Haas Brothers, Chloe Wise, and more. “I’m drawn to shapes, abstraction, and asymmetry, finding harmony in chaos and bringing unrelated concepts into a cohesive composition. I love exploring new ideas and reinventing everything.”
