

Inside Clemente Bar, Manhattan’s Newest Art-filled Cocktail Destination

Chef Daniel Humm is extending the artful dining experience epicureans enjoy at his bastion of plant-based cuisine, Eleven Madison Park, upstairs to Clemente Bar. Named for its hand-painted frescoes by artist Francesco Clemente, the new, more casual destination, located above Humm’s Michelin-star restaurant, will serve seasonal meals and tasting menus as well as dynamic cocktails by beverage director Sebastian Tollius, including the Negroni-Colada, a flavor-forward twist on the classic.
