A full-floor penthouse in Zaha Hadid’s sculptural Miami tower, One Thousand Museum, has hit the market for $18.8 million.

The late Pritzker Prize winner’s 62-story skyscraper has done impressive business despite the pandemic, having recently announced over $100 million in total sales. Boasting a voluptuous shape and a wealth of amenities, the building has attracted deep-pocketed buyers—among them David and Victoria Beckham, who scooped up a $20 million pad there in April.

This particular penthouse spans 10,300 square feet and features five bedrooms, plus an enormous terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay. It’s also available fully furnished courtesy of Luxury Living Group and Miami designer Hernan Arriaga, who took cues from the striking architectural features and left every column exposed. “My inspiration was a very exclusive but yet contemporary and comfortable interior that expresses charm, warmth, style, world-class knowledge, and taste from the moment you enter the residence until the second you leave,” said Arriaga in an interview.

Soaring over 700 feet, One Thousand Museum has quickly become one of Miami’s most prestigious addresses. In addition to the striking architecture, draws include an indoor-outdoor wellness center with Techno-Gym equipment, yoga studio, spa, and a 61st-story lap pool. The Sky Lounge occupies the top floor and can be reserved for private events.

The unit is listed with Fadia Bassi and Harvey Daniels of One Sotheby’s Realty.
