The Georgia home of HGTV creator Ken Lowe and his wife, Julia Baker, has hit the market for a whopping $42 million, a record-breaking price for the Peach State. Located at 106 East 18th Street in Sea Island, the .75-acre property boasts five bedrooms, nine full baths, and one partial bath. The oceanfront estate, known as Lowe Tide, was custom-built in 2021.

“Sea Island is known for exceptional properties, but Lowe Tide represents a level rarely seen even within this market,” listing agent Susan Imhoff of Deloach Sotheby’s International Realty tells Galerie. “Every detail was executed with an extraordinary degree of intention and craftsmanship, from the hand-carved millwork by J.P. Weaver and bespoke Clive Christian cabinetry to the custom Officine Gullo chef’s kitchen built on site for serious culinary performance.”

Imhoff continues, “The scale, privacy, and architectural integrity of this estate place it among the most significant homes to come to market on Sea Island in recent memory. For buyers who understand legacy properties and generational estates, Lowe Tide is the kind of offering that may not present itself again for years.”
