Zaha Hadid Architects Kicks Off Latest Miami Venture with The Delmore
Residences inside the 12-story ultra luxe building will start at $15 million—making it the city's most expensive condo
Construction has begun on what will soon be Miami’s most expensive condo, located in the city’s “Billionaire’s Triangle.” Led by Zaha Hadid Architects and backed by DAMAC International, The Delmore will consist of 37 residences spread across 12 stories, and start at $15 million each. The beachfront building will feature a flow-through canyon with sky views—a signature of ZHA’s style—and a 75-foot-long acrylic swimming pool suspended 125 feet in the air that will be visible from Collins Avenue, a first of its kind in Miami.
“We have been focused on delivering an ultra-luxury product to the South Florida market that is unlike anything the area has seen previously,” says Jeffery Rossely, senior vice president of development for DAMAC International. “Between Zaha Hadid Architects’ stunning designs and our global expertise, we are confident that The Delmore will be an extraordinary project, especially as we are designing homes for permanent residents, reflecting the transition we see occurring throughout the region.”

The four-to-five-bedroom condos will be offered fully finished and encompass more than 7,000 square feet, while penthouses will start at 10,000 square feet. Each floor will house no more than four residences, with every condo featuring expansive, wraparound terraces that will be staggered floor-by-floor, avoiding vertical alignment while amplifying the sense of seclusion.
Inside, the residences will be fitted with custom Molteni&C kitchens, as well as chef’s kitchens, marble islands, Hirsch Bedner Associates–designed baths, and wardrobes and each will be served by residential butlers. Residents will also have access to a private restaurant with a Michelin-starred menu and 55,000 square feet of amenities. A rooftop deck, wellness spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor lap pool, lounge area, and signature meditation garden complete The Delmore’s over-the-top offerings.

The listings will be handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman.
“Simply put, this is a spectacular, transformative property,” says Jay Phillip Parker, Chief Executive Officer of Brokerage, Florida Region, Douglas Elliman. “There is significant demand for a product of this magnitude, especially in South Florida where the one percent continue to acquire ultra-high-end properties. For the most discerning of purchasers, this is going to be the next great retreat.”
