Rihanna Lists Tudor-Inspired Beverly Hills Home for $10.5 Million
The four-bedroom residence dates to the 1930s and has been substantially renovated during the superstar’s time as owner
Music superstar and beauty mogul Rihanna has listed one of her side-by-side Beverly Hills homes for just under $10.5 million. The Grammy-winning artist owns a pair of properties in a celebrity-heavy neighborhood called Beverly Hills Post Office—where Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck just plunked down $60 million for a colossal estate—but has now decided that one is enough. For what it’s worth, the Fenty Beauty founder, who is currently expecting her second child with A$AP Rocky, recently acquired a $21 million penthouse in nearby Century City that once belonged to Matthew Perry.
The home currently on the market is likely one of her smaller assets, measuring 5,100 square feet and containing four bedrooms and five baths. Built in the late 1930s, the two-story dwelling bears several of hallmarks of Tudor-style architecture, with front-facing gables, half-timbering, gridded windows, and dormers. The revamped interiors are equipped with exposed beams, cathedral ceilings, stone flooring, and original fireplaces—not to mention a chef’s kitchen that would make any epicurean swoon. According to real estate site Dirt, the spread was extensively renovated during Rihanna’s time as owner.
Set on just under half an acre, the gated property also comes with a separate guest apartment, two-car garage, pool area, half-basketball court, fire pit, and vegetable garden. The perfect place to Take a Bow.
