Piaget’s Stunning Heritage Exhibition Opens in Los Angeles

The historic Swiss jeweler and watchmaker is showcasing vintage pieces from its private collection

Piaget, the 144-year-old Swiss jewelry and watch house, is unveiling an exhibition today at its Beverly Hills outpost. Called “The Heritage Exhibition,” the show draws on the company’s treasure-filled archives, showcasing exquisite watches and jewelry made over the past 60 years.

The historic jeweler has counted First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, Sophia Loren, and Elizabeth Taylor among its famous clients.

The brand has a longstanding relationship with artists, starting with Salvador Dali in 1967. In 1970, photographer Richard Avedon shot actress Anjelica Huston wearing a now iconic Piaget watch necklace, an item that is on display at the new exhibit.

The Heritage Exhibition” runs through September 30 at Piaget, 323 North Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, California.
