Jodie Foster Lists Beverly Hills Home for $15.9 Million
The Oscar-winning actress and director is parting ways with her Southern California retreat after seven years
Oscar-winning actress Jodie Foster has listed her chic Beverly Hills home for $15.9 million.
The famously private star of such films as Panic Room and The Silence of the Lambs purchased the five-bedroom residence in 2012 from veteran Hollywood producer Colin Callender. Nestled above Coldwater Canyon, the 7,500-square-foot dwelling was completed in 1952 and boasts stellar views while still offering a great degree of privacy, thanks to clipped boxwood hedges.
Inside, elegant touches like French doors and fireplace moldings are complemented by vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Set on a little more than a half-acre, the retreat is also equipped with a pool and a pergola-shaded pool court, plus an outdoor lounge with a stone-clad fireplace.
The home is listed with David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland.
