A Dreamy Hudson Valley Farmhouse Transformed by Jenni Kayne Hits the Market
The idyllic escape was previously available for bookings on Airbnb

The idyllic Hudson Valley farmhouse that tastemaker Jenni Kayne purchased and transformed into an idyllic Airbnb retreat can now be your own personal escape. The Tivoli, New York, country home set on 5 acres was recently listed for $2.85 million by Sotheby’s International Realty.
“The farmhouse was born from a desire to bring the Jenni Kayne lifestyle to life in a real, tangible way,” Kayne had said, when announcing the Airbnb listing. The property features four serene bedrooms, three spa-like baths, an open-concept chef’s kitchen with tiles hand-painted by UK-based artist Aviva Halter, and a saltwater pool overlooking the Hudson Valley. A wood-burning fireplace is the focus of the entertaining space, which expands to an outdoor dining deck through large glass sliding doors.
Under the creative’s direction, the interiors were a curated blend of Jenni Kayne furniture and antique and vintage pieces—some dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries. Elsewhere on the property is a metal greenhouse dubbed the “Oak Wellness Spa.” Tucked away down a winding path surrounded by willows, the area features a cedar hot tub, a Thermowood barrel sauna, and an Alaskan cold plunge. Although the property offers a high level of privacy, it’s also located just a few minutes away from downtown Tivoli and Red Hook, truly offering the best of both worlds.
