Hood Park Haven was built in 2015, comes with access to the Galloping Goose ski run and is adjacent to Hood Park, which features acres of open space in the form of mountains, forests, and meadows.

Hood Park Haven was designed by Tom Conyers Architects, built by Gerber Construction, and decorated by Thomas Hamel & Associates, while its lighting was designed by Robert Singer & Associates. The impressive property overlooks Palmyra Peak, the Telluride Ski Area, and the San Sophia Ridgeline. 

The residence, which boasts a stone and wood exterior and a metal roof, also has a prep kitchen/butler’s pantry, a bunk room, a pilot’s/caretaker’s apartment, a mud room, an office, a laundry and drying room, an expansive great room, and a formal dining room.
