Real estate should be fun.

The infamous Sag Harbor mansion where Bravo’s hit series Summer House has been filmed has hit the market with an asking price of $5.6 million. The seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bath gated home with a built-in pool, spa, and a separate pool house is set across 4.3 acres, primed for summer entertaining.

While Bravo fans may be well versed in the property’s layout, several of the home’s unique features have not appeared onscreen, including a home theater, a finished lower level, and a private home gym. The sun-drenched foyer and primary suite with a sitting area and patio, however, are likely to be recognized.

It’s not clear what the listing, which is being handled by Saunders, means for the future of the show, which is currently airing a contentious tenth season that was filmed in the summer of 2025. The home, which is located near Sag Harbor village and local beaches, last sold in 2021 for $4.6 million.
