Filling the gap between Greece’s five-star clifftop resorts and sgraffito-carved villages with nowhere polished to sleep, The Eugenes launched last year with 28 private villas spanning the Ionian and Aegean Seas, from Cycladic headliners such as Antiparos to underserved islands like Ithaca, Chios, and Kea.

Every property comes paired with a dedicated experience manager. “Getting that reservation or knowing a secret beach is a critical part of Greek summer,” says founder Dimitris Tigkas. The same network of relationships delivers rarer access: an Olympic silver medalist leading private openwater swims in Corfu or a personal tour of the silk factory behind Zeus+Dione, one of Greece’s most celebrated fashion houses.
