The creative hub has become a go-to destination for those seeking the latest treasures in art, design, jewelry, cuisine, and more
When it comes to making a statement, few places do it better than Miami. A city known for its vibrancy, fashion, and overall daring attitude, the city’s Design District in particular has become a go-to destination for those seeking high-end treasures in art, design, fashion, jewelry, cuisine, and more.
“[Miami is] a city rooted in creativity—with deep ties to art, music, architecture, and design,” Evan Yurman, President and Chief Creative Officer of famed jewelry maison David Yurman, tells Galerie about their latest flagship opening. “The Design District, in particular, is a cultural hub that draws a dynamic, global audience that’s deeply engaged in the arts and luxury.”
In honor of the exciting openings now calling Miami’s Design District home, Galerie has rounded up some of the most exciting flagships to open their doors in the bustling culture hub.

Known for crafting exquisite treasures including jewelry and watches for each and everybody, David Yurman has welcomed its latest flagship store with a striking facade and interiors courtesy of architect Andrea Tognon and Evan Yurman. Upon entering the flagship, guests will be able to shop styles inspired by the city of Miami itself where semi-precious stones in color palettes of electric pinks, neon greens, cobalt blue, and fire orange, are showcased through design-forward spaces including a second-floor private salon and design touches made of stone finishes. ”
“The result is a boutique that doesn’t just display jewelry—it celebrates it,” Yurman tells Galerie. “From the façade, which looks as if it’s been carved from a single block of stone, to the stepped granite walls and vitrines that resemble jewelry boxes, every element tells a story. It’s a space that invites exploration, creativity, and a deeper connection to the brand.”
