Van Cleef & Arpels’s “Spring Is Blooming” Returns to Rockefeller Center
The maison turned to French artist Charlotte Gastaut for the immersive takeover
Last week, Van Cleef & Arpels unveiled the second edition of its “Spring Is Blooming” experience at Rockefeller Center. Running through May 10th, the immersive experience features the blooming décor of French artist Charlotte Gastaut, who orchestrated a poetic scenery that invites guests to appreciate nature.
“The arrival of Spring is a moment of profound renewal and inspiration for Van Cleef & Arpels,” says Helen King, President and CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels Americas. “With ‘Spring Is Blooming,’ we are thrilled to once again transform Rockefeller Center into a vibrant tapestry of nature’s artistry, beautifully brought to life through the imaginative vision of Charlotte Gastaut. We take great pride in this opportunity to enchant our neighbors, visitors, and friends this season.”
The experience begins with a grand entrance gate, which leads guests through the Channel Gardens down to the Ice Rink. As a finishing touch, Gastaut transformed the rink’s iconic flags into symbols that tell the tale of Van Cleef & Arpels’s flora and fauna. Weekend programming includes live contemporary dance, children’s storybook readings, poetry readings, live paintings, and more.
