Taking advantage of surging prices amid the recent ski-town real estate boom, Hollywood movie star Tom Cruise has listed his sprawling Colorado ranch for $39.5 million.

Encompassing 320 acres, the hillside property is anchored by a 10,000-square-foot main house that is clad in bleached cedar and native stone. Completed in 1994, the seven-bedroom dwelling features rustic interiors and oversize windows that frame stunning mountains vistas. The three-story getaway is also where the Mission Impossible actor sat down for his 2008 interview with Oprah Winfrey, as well as where Cruise and then-wife Katie Homes first revealed their daughter, Suri, on the cover of Vanity Fair.

Of course, with Cruise as the owner, privacy was of utmost importance. The alpine property is bounded on three sides by a national forest, and the main home is located at the end of a gated, mile-long driveway, per the Wall Street Journal, which broke the story. Conveniently, the compound is mere minutes from downtown Telluride, one of Colorado’s most popular ski towns.

Other perks include a three-bedroom guest cottage, dirt bike and snowmobile track, a series of hiking trails, and recreational areas for snowshoeing and all-terrain vehicles.

The home is listed at $39.5 million with Eric Lavey and Dan Dockray of Sotheby’s International Realty. See more photos below.
