In the office, which is wrapped in white oak and burlwood paneling and a Phillip Jeffries wall covering, a custom desk made with burlwood, Arabescato Corchia marble, leather, and brass is topped by a Visual Comfort table lamp.

A Christopher Boots chandelier and sconces from Magni Home collection add a dazzling effect to a powder room wrapped in a Fromental wall covering and Calacatta Viola marble.

The client’s collection featured moody landscapes by artists like William Crothers Fitler and Mauritz Frederick Hendrick de Haas, which flank a sculptural vessel on a white onyx plinth. The benches are by Sherrill Canet.

A custom A. Rudin sofa, upholstered in a Thesign fabric and topped by pillows made using a Misia textile, joins a Bright ottoman and Holly Hunt chair around a table designed by Chenin atop a Tai Ping rug.

In the bedroom, a custom bed dressed in a Sandra Jordan throw is paired with a Ferrell Mittman swivel chair and ottoman, Arteriors side table, and Eric Brand nightstands topped with lamps by Alexa Hampton. The rug is by Stark and the outdoor seating is by RH.

The bath, enveloped in Arabescato Corchia marble slabs and tile, is outfitted with a tub from MTI Baths with THG-Paris fixtures, Baker table, and Chapman & Myers chandelier.

A large-scale bronze door with a radiant pattern marks the dramatic entry into the home.

A multitude of outdoor seating areas are all outfitted with McKinnon & Harris furnishings and Tuuci umbrellas.

The pool surround, set with McKinnon & Harris chaises and Tuuci umbrellas, is the perfect place for taking in the unobstructed views toward the Las Vegas Strip.
