Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its first standalone residences, located in Beverly Hills. Known as Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, the luxury development was designed by architect Thomas Juul-Hansen and developed by Nahla Capital and GPI Companies. This also marks Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’s first Los Angeles venture.

In total, the luxe condo building features 17 residences, all with access to a rooftop pool and an on-site Rosewood team. More than 50 percent of Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills have already sold through presales, making this the only condominium in Los Angeles to achieve this feat in the past decade. Each residence consists of anywhere from 3,000 to 7,000 square feet, with design features including hand-picked marble from Greecethe same white marble that was used to create the Parthenon, known as Dionysus marble—as well as appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero, sweeping terraces, et al. Six of the 17 dwellings have outdoor kitchens, alfresco dining areas, and private pools and spas.

Situated on South Santa Monica Boulevard, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is a five-story landmark building. Its architectural design is both elegant and timeless, thanks to Juul-Hansen’s vision. Previously, the celebrated architect designed luxury residences and hospitality projects for One57 and Two Twenty-One West 77, among other sites.

For this particular project, Juul-Hansen incorporated the finest natural materials for both the exterior and interiors of the residences. A mix of glass and limestone makes up the edifice, while metal, wood, leather, and stone were utilized for the interior design. Additionally, the residences feature wide-plank white oak floors, Venetian plaster-finished walls, and state-of-the-art kitchen and bathroom appliances.

“We’ve created homes that rival the best estates in Beverly Hills in terms of scale, quality, and refinement to suit the sensitivities and needs of the world’s most discerning buyers,” said Juul-Hansen. “Everything is scaled in a very good format; it’s classic, it’s modern, it’s personal, and it’s thoughtful. Everything is custom-designed in this project, from the baseboards to the trim that goes around the door to the kitchen. That level of service and attention to detail shared by our team and Rosewood makes them the perfect partner for this project.”

Art connoisseurs who reside here are in for a treat, as there is a rotating art program in place, developed with Creative Art partners. This curated selection of artwork will allow residents to take in countless exhibits centered around the culture and aesthetic of Beverly Hills.

Each residence boasts sizeable open floor plans, luxurious finishes, and top-tier service. In addition to the aforementioned rooftop pool, there are also fitness centers, personalized services, and more.
