Rihanna’s Glamorous Hollywood Hills Home Hits the Market for $7.4 Million

The pop star and beauty mogul has listed her Los Angeles contemporary only a year after purchasing it

Global superstar and beauty mogul Rihanna has listed her spacious, contemporary Los Angeles estate for $7.4 million.

It comes as little surprise that she’s selling the property—only six months ago, a man stalking the singer broke into the house while she was out of town and stayed for nearly a full day before he was discovered and arrested. The nine-time Grammy winner bought the home a little over a year ago for $6.8 million.

The 7,000-square-foot dwelling sits on half an acre, boasting six bedrooms and ten baths. The gated property is located above the Sunset Strip and offers sweeping views of the city. During her short ownership of the residence, Rihanna updated it with top-of-the-line systems, including a movie theater and a fully equipped gym. High ceilings, arched doorways, steel-framed doors and windows, and warm finishes are seen throughout. In addition to the three-story main house, a poolside guesthouse is also on the property.
