How Lewis Miller’s Flower Flashes Have Transformed New York City Streets

In the latest DesignTV video, the botanical mastermind discusses how he continues bringing floral joy to the public during COVID-19

Lewis Miller could have been content with creating stunning installations for his roster of private clients and companies, but he decided to also take his talent to the streets, where the public could enjoy them. With his inspiring Flower Flashes, the floral designer styles leftovers blooms in trash cans and phone booths and turns them into unexpected moments of joy. Miller shares with Galerie editor in chief Jacqueline Terrebonne how he’s staying busy during COVID-19. His event work may have temporarily halted, but Miller continues his Flower Flashes to celebrate hospital workers, and he even created Flower Flash Boxes you can order to your home.
