The show will include 83 artists from around the world when it kicks off in May

The Venice Biennale has announced the list of artists who will participate in its central show this year, “May You Live in Interesting Times,” which is being organized by Ralph Rugoff, the director of the Hayward Gallery in London. The list includes 83 artists, with several working collaboratively, from diverse corners of the globe. More than a third of the artists were born after 1980.

The show will take place from May 11 to November 24. See the full list of participating artists below.
