The East Hampton estate that once belonged to fashion designer Calvin Klein and his wife, Kelly Rector Klein, has hit the market for an impressive $165 million. Situated on 8.22 acres, the seven-bedroom, eight-bath property boasts 8,865 square feet of living space.

The current home, at 75 West End Road, was built in 2024 and is located between the Atlantic Ocean and Georgica Pond. Although this is believed to be one of the first properties developed in the Georgica Dunes, it has only changed hands three times. Initially completed in 1894 by Laura Brevoort Sedgwick James, the estate was later acquired in 1935 by Juan Trippe, founder of Pan American World Airways. He expanded the property and sold it to the Kleins in the 1980s; they transformed the home with help from French architect Thierry Despont, and sold it in 2021 for a reported $85 million.

Additionally, there is a red-clay tennis court, the last working boathouse on Georgica Pond, unobstructed water views, over 500 feet of ocean frontage, and room for additional livable structures.

There’s also a screened-in porch, a bar/lounge, new hurricane-rated windows and doors, geothermal systems, a generator, smart home automation, fully integrated security, an owner’s suite, three secondary suites, and a tower with its own curved staircase, family room, wet bar, and private bedroom suite. As for the neighboring 1.89-acre parcel, it can fit a three-story residence with a garage, according to architectural plans.
