Calvin Harris Lists Plush Beverly Hills Estate for $25 Million
The 2.7-acre hillside compound comes with a total of ten bedrooms and features a plethora of luxe touches
Grammy-nominated DJ Calvin Harris has put a hefty $25 million price tag on his plush Beverly Hills pad, which he purchased eight years ago for a reported $15 million. Comprising five separate buildings, including a two-story guest house configured as a recording studio, the 2.7-acre compound comes with a total of ten bedrooms and features a plethora of luxe touches. In fact, the Scottish-born talent—who recently bought a massive organic farmstead in Ibiza—appears to have undertaken a complete remodel of the East Coast–style spec house, which now boasts custom herringbone floors, coffered ceilings, and a marble staircase.
The Benedict Canyon estate also includes a pool, basketball court, state-of-the-art gym, a geodesic dome, two gardens, a pergola-shaded outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and a glass-walled wine cellar. And although the property is gated, it comes with a “security building” for a full-time guard, plus a five-car garage with a cinema upstairs.
Consistently ranked among the world’s highest-paid DJs, the “We Found Love” hitmaker is hoping to finally make a decent return on one of this homes; he sold his Brentwood mansion at a loss in 2013 and broke even on two other area residences. Once the place is sold, Harris may not be leaving Southern California forever—he still owns a $13.8 million lot in Bel Air that is currently vacant. Another dream house could be on the way.
The home is listed with Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman. See more photos below.
