Currently one of the hottest art hubs in the South, Atlanta is hosting the 2019 Atlanta Biennial, which was curated by Phillip March Jones and Daniel Fuller. Running through April 29, the event draws a well-heeled crowd of art lovers from around the world. If any of them are so taken with the Georgia capital’s abundant charms, they might want to tour one of city’s most lavish estates, which we’ve rounded up below.

And now couldn’t be a better time to buy. One of America’s fastest-growing big cities, Atlanta saw its real estate market rebound in the years following the 2008 housing collapse, with buyers sparring over low inventory that pushed prices higher and higher. That trend appears to have crested in 2016 with the $17.5 million sale of Tyler Perry’s mammoth abode. Now listings at the upper end of the market are lingering, and more brokers are willing to cut a deal.

1. $21 Million (Sotheby’s)
Televangelist David Turner is selling the 35,000-square-foot Buckhead château that he purchased from famed director Tyler Perry (the estate’s original mastermind) in 2016. Set on 17 manicured acres abutting the Chattahoochee River, the palatial residence comes with seven bedrooms, a 70,000-gallon infinity pool with swim-up bar, an underground ballroom, a tennis court, an outdoor batting cage, and a new home theater.

2. $12.5 Million (Sotheby’s)
Completed in 2000, this 13,500-square-foot residence sits on ten acres in Buckhead and includes luxe touches like an elevator, a climbing wall, a glass-topped rotunda, and groin-vaulted ceilings. Among the outside amenities are extensive gardens, fountains, a poolhouse, and a carriage house.

3. $9.75 Million (Dorsey Alston Realtors)
Conceived by respected Palm Beach architect Jeffrey W. Smith, this award-winning 2010 house takes its design cues from the grand villas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The six-bedroom mansion, which comes with a heated pool and a four-car garage, measures 15,200 square feet and occupies nearly two acres in the tony Tuxedo Park enclave.

4. $9 Million (Sotheby’s)
Architect Norman Askins masterminded this 1997 Italian-style villa, which is the sole structure occupying the 15-acre Buckhead estate known as Salubria. Measuring 4,500 square feet and sheathed in Jerusalem stone, the charming abode is being sold as a “guesthouse,” since a significant portion of the estate’s land has been cleared to make way for a larger main residence.

5. $8.9 Million (Sotheby’s) 
Designed by architect Philip T. Shutze in 1937, this Art Deco gem anchors 4.5 acres on one of the highest points in Buckhead. Recently restored, the 7,400-square-foot, four-bedroom home even includes a bar sourced from the French ocean liner SS Normandie.

6. $7.6 Million (Beacham & Company) 
Set on 3.5 acres, this seven-bedroom dwelling was completed in 2005 and features 12-foot ceilings, a pool court, a home theater, and a wine cellar. There’s also a guest suite equipped with its own kitchen on the lower level, which you can access via an elevator.
