Timberlake and his wife, Emmy-nominated actress Jessica Biel, purchased the three-bedroom property in 2010 for $6.5 million.
The apartment has ten-foot ceilings, a fireplace, electronic shades, and custom wood paneling designed for optimally displaying art. The kitchen boasts Valcucine cabinetry of striated elm and smoked glass, Jet Mist granite, Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine storage, Miele ovens and dishwasher, and a Gaggenau cooktop with a fully vented hood.
An 853-square-foot terrace wraps around the unit.
The pad is listed with Jared Seligman and Evan Danzig of Stribling & Associates.
