“The Hôtel de la Marine embodies the grand French tradition,” says Zana, whose installation, called “Iter,” incorporating more than 20 new pieces, includes an embroidered bed with ocher stitches handmade in India by renowned atelier Lesage Intérieurs, creating the illusion of earthy lichen, and the noble Franck easy chair, an homage to Jean-Michel Frank. “The rooms which we will have the chance to unveil are in the pure 18th-century spirit, consisting of a suite of salons and antechambers. This is the ideal setting to showcase our new creations during Art Basel Paris and Design Miami Paris.”
