This Dreamy New London Restaurant Expertly Reimagines French Classics
Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno has outdone himself at Pavyllon London, which features stylish interiors by Chahan Minassian
With 15 Michelin stars across his 17 restaurants, chef Yannick Alléno has a reputation that undoubtedly precedes him. But with his recently opened restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, he has assuredly outdone himself. At Pavyllon London, French classics are expertly reimagined, such as a Comté soufflé accompanied by eel butter and a vanilla Napoléon with Earl Grey caramel.
The interiors are equally divine: Conceived by Chahan Minassian, the two-story space offers warmth and elegance with custom Murano chandeliers, ribbed lacquer paneling, and a ceramic bas-relief by Peter Lane. Of his collaboration with Alléno, Minassian says, “Our approach is the same—his is on the plate, mine is with space. We complement each other naturally.”
