Choeff Levy Fischman used rectilinear volumes, deep overhangs, and expanses of glass to give a bold modern feel to the Di Lido Island home, which enjoys views across the bay to downtown Miami. Sustainably harvested ipe wood lines the ceiling and sides of the balcony. The chair and ottoman on the limestone pool terrace are by McKinnon and Harris.
