The 11,480-square-foot property is located over 1,000 feet in the air at 111 West 57th Street, the second-tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. Known as Quadplex 80, this penthouse takes up the 80th, 81st, 82nd, and 83rd floors of the building, and it boasts 618 square feet of exterior terraces. Other features include floor-to-ceiling windows, custom finishes, 14-foot-high ceilings, five bedrooms, two powder rooms, and six full bathrooms.

Designer Studio Sofield is the mastermind behind Quadplex 80’s suggested floor plan; though the $110 million price tag includes a complete buildout to fit the buyer’s desires and vision. The current layout consists of a Great Room entertaining suite on the 80th floor, suites on the 81st floor, a primary suite on the 82nd floor, and the Crown Suite on the 83rd floor, which features a separate bar and private screening room. The building also offers complimentary breakfast and catering services for all residents, through an exclusive partnership with Le Bilboquet.

Additionally, 111 West 57th Street has more sales volume under contract this year than any other property on Billionaire’s Row, with $187 million under contract in 2025 alone.
