The Italian meta-luxury brand Visionnaire is set to make its highly anticipated debut at Design Miami this December, with a stunning installation called  “Narrazioni Intrecciate” by the designer duo Draga&Aurel, bringing a unique approach to Art Design. Known for transforming spaces into immersive experiences, the brand creates one-of-a-kind artifacts that celebrate the emotional and functional harmony between objects, people, and their surroundings. Each piece reflects Italian soul while engaging in a cultural dialogue that bridges global perspectives. Going beyond objects, Visionnaire curates entire environments where space, human interaction, and artisanal craftsmanship converge. This debut reinforces its dedication to contemporary creation, where every artifact tells a story of heritage and innovation.

For the brand, Art Design is about building holistic spaces that capture the essence of place and human presence. “We begin with architecture, shaping each space through curatorial insight shared with artists, which naturally leads to the final piece,” explains Creative Director Eleonore Cavalli and Art Curator Marco Morandini.

Their journey into Art Design began in 2008 with the “Foto Artisti d’Italia” exhibition, held in a deconsecrated church in Bologna, where sculptural furniture was displayed alongside works by renowned photographers. This fusion of art and design in a historic setting laid the foundation for a distinctive approach. Over the years, the brand has redefined the relationship between objects and their surroundings. Notable examples include the 2020 collaboration with Marc Ange on “The Garden of Beauty,” a capsule armchair collection displayed in a lush garden setting, merging nature and design. Other projects include “De Rerum Natura” by Gupica at Alcova Milan, where organic shapes were transformed into luminous objects, and StudioPepe’s sensory installation at the Wunderkammer Gallery in 2023.

As Cavalli and Morandini prepare for Design Miami, they see this debut as a chance to present their philosophy on an international platform. “This is an opportunity to expand Art Design’s dimensions,” notes Morandini. The exhibit will feature highlights from “Narrazioni Intrecciate” by Draga &Aurel, encapsulating their ethos of curatorial architecture

From December 3 to 8, the brand invites art and design enthusiasts to enter a world where each object tells a story and each space becomes a canvas, promising a memorable and thought-provoking experience at Design Miami 2024.
