Located on the 54th floor of Manhattan’s One Beacon Court is Valentino co-founder Giancarlo Giammetti’s residence. The property, which the Italian businessman has owned since 2010, is now on the market for $17.5 million. It’s listed by Allison Bandier Koffman and Juliette Janssens of Sotheby’s International Realty and Martha Kramer of Brown Harris Stevens.

The 3,779-square-foot penthouse boasts three bedrooms, three full baths, and one partial bath. It was decorated by interior designer Jacques Grange and offers panoramic views of Manhattan. In total, this residence has 40 floor-to-ceiling windows, along with soaring ceilings, and natural light permeating every room. The building itself features a private circular driveway designed by architect Cesar Pelli.

Additional design elements of the sprawling penthouse include custom detailing, a primary bedroom suite with views of Central Park from every window, a spa-like bath, a custom dressing room lined with closets and built-in shelving, a Poggenpohl kitchen with high-end appliances, and more. There is also a 30-foot-by-20-foot living room, which opens up to the library and dining room, making for 77 feet of uninterrupted space for entertaining.
