Every space has a story to tell through layers of details, silhouettes, and materials. The team at Four Hands believes there’s always room for character and creativity in every project, so the Austin-based brand crafts pieces designed to be mixed and matched to create a personalized look for every space. Their latest collection, The Decorated Home, passes the imaginative reins along so homeowners can conjure an interior that’s truly one-of-a-kind.

“The Decorated Home is a place where you can feel comfortable and creative,” says Jessika Zamora, visual merchandising manager at Four Hands. “It’s less about design trends and more about mixing and layering to create something beautiful and expressive.”

This collection is specifically imagined so that self-expression can lead the way. By blending themes, design eras, and aesthetics, people are encouraged to mix and match colors, patterns, and styles to let even the smallest details shine through. Bold, Brutalist-inspired silhouettes find softness with velvet upholstery, and pair stunningly with woven and Baroque embellishment for dimensional contrast. Traditional fastening accents and materials work together with clean, modern shaping for a balanced look. In this collection, everything goes together.

Materials open the door for even more creativity, and this season, Four Hands is taking a closer look at the dimension of layering materials of every pattern, print, and finish. The natural flow of texture-rich woods meets florals and nature-inspired designs, like Fallingbrook, a new damask-style pattern seen in upholstered pieces and wallpaper.

Adding to the collected narrative are decorative accents like a patterned wallpaper, an expressive throw pillow, or a well-orchestrated gallery wall of décor pieces collected over the years. These are the tools for bringing fun and joy into a space, offering opportunities to put a personal touch on everything. Finishing touches can range in size, style, and character, from cast glass light fixtures and accent lamps that set the mood, to realistic-looking faux trees designed for easy living.

With every bold statement, subtle touch, and cherished detail, there’s an opportunity to make a home personal and meaningful. This collection is all about letting home tell a story, and about rewriting the rules so there’s just one: Let creative freedom and self-expression lead the way to a space that’s full of character and reflective of one’s true self.
