Taylor Swift’s Former Cape Cod Home Lists for $14.5 Million

Taylor Swift’s former home in Cape Cod is on the market for $14.5 million. The Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter purchased the property in 2012 and sold it a few months later. Robert B. Kinlin of BHHS Robert Paul Properties has the listing.
“To me, this home feels like the perfect balance of refined architecture and seaside living—clean lines and a timeless sense of proportion that just makes it feel effortless and inviting,” Kinlin tells Galerie. “It’s a place to unwind, recharge, and dream—where everyday life slows down, and with those sweeping ocean views, there’s a sense of calm and connection to the water that’s hard to put into words.”

Swift purchased the Hyannis Port property for $4.8 million in late 2012 and sold it for $5.675 million in early 2013. The circa-1928 dwelling boasts eight bedrooms and seven baths across 5,064 square feet. It’s located near the Kennedy family’s famed compound, also in Hyannis Port.
Situated on 1.1 acres, the historic abode once belonged to the Coleman family, longtime friends of the Kennedys. The waterfront estate features scenic views, whitewashed plank walls, large-scale windows, beamed ceilings, a sunroom, a private beach, a built-in fire pit, a resort-style pool area, guest quarters, and more.

In recent years, the property has been revamped thanks to the current homeowners, architect Dell Mitchell, and interior designer Heather Wells. Every room faces the water, allowing plenty of natural light to permeate the home. One such space is the dining room, which can host up to 12 people. Another space is the chef’s kitchen, which boasts top-tier appliances, custom cabinetry, and a sizable center island. Additionally, the home is offered with all of its furnishings.
Other amenities and design elements of the sprawling pad include a circular driveway, a three-car garage, a stone patio, a newly rebuilt sea wall, and more.
