Emmy-nominated actress Sofia Vergara and husband Joe Manganiello are listing one of their Beverly Hills homes for just under $18 million. The sale comes as no surprise, given that the Hollywood couple—who tied the knot in 2015—acquired a nearby Tuscan-style villa once owned by Barry Bonds two years ago.
Tucked behind manicured hedges and privacy gates, this seven-bedroom home was built in 2006 and sits on just over half an acre of land. After purchasing the 11,600-square-foot residence in 2014, the Modern Family star enlisted designer Jennifer Bevan to completely remodel the interiors, which now feature elegant touches such as French doors, coffered ceilings, and carved stone fireplaces. Dark wood floors throughout the residence perfectly complement its soothing color palette of blacks, whites, and neutrals.
