Influenced by the tome Djo-Bourgeois Elise et Georges: Architecte-décorateur Créatrice, seen at the showroom of Pierre Frey, who reissued Elise Djo-Bourgeois’s bold geometric textiles, McCann Design Group conjured a Le Tropical family room around vintage rattan and bamboo accents, sinuous furniture upholstered in plush velvet, and a beautiful bar with hand-carved palmetto leaves at one of the end, its rounded shape mirroring a massive custom bookshelf at the other.

A direct descendent of Louis Comfort Tiffany, Nadia Watts drew on her family’s love of color for the foyer. A custom rug nods to an archival brooch while palette came directly from vintage pieces by Tiffany Studios that the designer carried in her pocket. Emerald colored Currey & Company chandeliers reflected the saturated hues of the Porter Teleo–covered walls and vibrant artwork from Singulart.

For Nashville designer Jonathan Savage’s main floor library, a Zimmer + Rohde fabric informed the look, which includes pieces by Stephen Antonson and Alexander Lamont, original nautical flag-like artworks by William Finlayson, and a Tim Woolcock canvas against Casa Métier fluted wall panels painted Benjamin Moore Mount Sant Anne blue.

Panels made with a silky soft Arte wall covering set the scene for the spacious living room by Marc Michaels Interior Design, which offered an Alice in Wonderland–like playfulness. A dazzling light fixture overhangs a cocktail table by Galerie Creative Mind Stefan Bishop, while a Circles and Lines chandelier by Jamie Harris punctuates an intimate seating area.

While Jim Dove‘s refreshing kitchen gleamed with a vibrant cerulean palette, its title “A Touch of Pink” hinted to the surprising details within. The Regency-style cabinets that nod to celebrated doyenne of design Dorothy Draper were painted with the softest hint of blush, and display alcoves were lined in a sherbet shade fitting its Palm Beach locale.

The refreshing blue palette carried through to Tristan Harstan‘s adjoining La Mer Pacifique dining room which the designer says is evocative of his decorating style, which always marries glimmer and playfulness, contemporary pieces with antiques. Here, an immersive de Gournay wallpaper is backdrop to fabulous accents by Christopher Spitzmiller, and seating by Hickory Chair with a Scalamandré fabric.

Envisioning a midnight garden, Phoebe Howard transformed the main floor’s primary suite with a Gracie wallpaper and trellis design that stretches across the ceiling and around the door frames. The room’s 15-foot ceilings offered plenty of air for a romantic iron-frame bed that’s dressed in bespoke Pioneer Linens with Cowtan & Tout sheers embellished with Samuel & Sons tassels.

Imagining a dressing room and bath fit for James Bond, Chicago designer Donna Mondi enveloped the rooms in a noirish palette, outlining the freestanding shower in black and gray stone from Material Bespoke Stone + Tile. The adjoining closet got a Bond-like invention, a gallery wall on the ceiling, which can be lowered for a closer inspection of the artworks.

Paying homage to both her grandmother and the groundbreaking style of Sofia Coppola, Chloe Warner of Redmond Aldrich Design enveloped her pool loggia in her debut fabric design, Peony Chintz, that features a pattern she herself first painted. Terra cotta accents, like the RW Guild sofa, Floris Wubben stool, and Walter Lamb seating from Brown Jordan, complete the lovely gaming area.

Making of the most of the double height stair, Melrose principal Charlie Collins created a beautiful trellised living wall that complements the gallery installation of pressed botanicals and hand-painted mural by local artist Devin Noel. A jawdropping Murano chandelier completes the designer’s show house debut.

Perhaps no designer had more fun than Megan Gorelick, who crafted the home’s De-Loo-Loo, where Carlos Muina created a bubble bath inspired floral installation that flows over a Kohler tub and vibrant Christopher Farr fabric packs a punch both as curtains and encased in resin in the custom vanity.

Orchestrating one of the show house’s most challenging rooms, Nicole Mizrahi and Lichten Architects drew on a classic Palm Beach palette, customizing sinuous walls lined in a textured rice paper using Benjamin Moore’s Norway Spruce. But in homage to their unconventional space, they suggested a “it’s not easy being green” theme, even placing a Kermit the Frog on a Wendell Castle chair in the cozy media room.

A glorious Gracie wallpaper sets the tone for the upstairs lounge crafted by DuVäl Design. Dubbed “A Gentleman’s Affair with Sunset Tea,” the space boasts masculine notes, like the dashing Colefax and Fowler plaid ottomans that echo the ceiling treillage, and more playful touches including a closet turned wine room and a hidden alien detail that plays peekaboo behind a rattan chair.

Working with her daughter, designer Taylor Stebbins, Cindy Rinfret outfitted the second-floor main bedroom as a “Seashell Sanctuary,” taking inspiration from the grottos of Miami’s Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Villa d’Este in Lake Como for a neutral interior with a mother-of-pearl glimmer. A pair of Bright Group chairs nod to the nubby shape of coral while scalloped furniture and lighting from Liz O’Brien and Paul Ferrante add to the motif.

Pittsburgh based designer Betsy Wentz leaned into the aesthetic celebrated in her new book Design Happy (Gibbs Smith) for this exuberant parlor lined in a spirited wall covering and matching textile from Harlequin. Over the sofa, the designer framed a pair of newly discovered Hermès scarves while an artwork by Rob Tucker (who she also has in her own collection) presides over a cozy corner banquette illuminated by Urban Electric lighting.

While the show house boasted exceptional interiors, the exterior areas were equally enthralling, particularly the rooftop terrace where Allan Reyes constructed a folly with European flavor, implementing Brown Jordan furnishings and a Italianate mural.

The 4,500 square feet of outdoor space devoted to Ariel Okin becomes convivial and welcoming as trellised surroundings and clusters of Brown Jordan furnishings upholstered in Perennials fabrics carve the long, linear area into delightful vignettes.
