LEFT: To craft Piaget’s heavenly Altiplano Moonphase watch, which features the mythological guardian Azure Dragon, master enameler Anita Porchet set a constellation of precious stones in translucent blue enamel. A gold dial with radiant beams of diamonds, sapphires, and garnets finishes the starry timepiece.
