Fresh off the major announcement of her $15 million deal for a Black Widow stand-alone movie, Scarlett Johansson has purchased a dreamy 4,000-square-foot home in Snedens Landing, New York.

Johansson, who was recently named the highest-paid actress in the world by Forbes, is the latest in a growing number of celebrity residents in the sleepy enclave in the Hudson Valley. The actress’s new neighbors will include Bill Murray and Diane Sawyer.

The $4 million house has four bedrooms and four baths and offers sweeping views of the Hudson River. The ivy-clad residence was designed by Eric Gugler, who also designed the expansion of the West Wing of the White House when Franklin D. Roosevelt was president. It once belonged to actress Brenda Forbes, who often entertained Katharine Hepburn, Laurence Olivier, and Noël Coward at the property.

Situated about an hour outside New York City, the house sits on nearly an acre of land and features a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a picturesque pool house.
