A luxurious property near Hawaii’s Kona Coast is on the market for $26 million. The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath estate, known as Hale Kai Mana, is part of Kohanaiki, a 450-acre private club in Kailua-Kona. At 1.27 acres, this is one of the largest estates—and the most expensive listing—on the property. The estate is listed by Carrie Nicholson, Kohanaiki’s Principal Broker and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Renowned San Francisco-based interior designer and Galerie Creative Mind Nicole Hollis is the visionary behind Hale Kai Mana’s fully furnished interiors, which encompass decor, art, and textures. Features include panoramic views of the ocean, a backyard lanai, a guest hale (Hawaiian for house), an infinity-edge pool, two ocean-facing primary suites, outdoor shower gardens, and more. The home was built in 2024 by Hawaii-based general contractor Aina Ola along with Hawaii-based architect Amy Vail

“Hale Kai Mana, which means House of the Strength of the Ocean, embodies the essence of refined, resort-style living at Kohanaiki,” Nicholson tells Galerie. “We partnered with Nicole Hollis because her design philosophy complements our vision perfectly. Her sophisticated use of natural materials and intuitive sense of island-inspired style brings an elevated yet grounded sensibility to the home that honors both the landscape and the spirit of Hawaii.”

Other amenities include a refrigerated walk-in wine room, an office/media space, a central great room, a BBQ area, a three-car garage, and a golf cart bay.
