Lily Allen and David Harbour List Brooklyn Brownstone for $8 Million
The home's interiors are a maximalist mix of Zuber wallpapers, Pierre Frey carpeting, and high gloss paints.
The Brooklyn home of former Hollywood couple Lily Allen and David Harbour has hit the market for $7.9 million. Located in one of the borough’s most sought-after areas, 381 Union Street lends to traditional English charm, layered Italian, and modern Brooklyn sensibilities, according to the listing.
The home, which the couple purchased in 2021 and is now listed with Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass, is comprised of five bedrooms and four baths spread across three levels. It also includes a finished basement complete with a gym, and a private backyard with a sauna and a cold plunge. The 22-foot-wide home features maximalist interiors conjured by designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff of MADE, with whimsical Zuber wallpapers, Pierre Frey carpeting, and detailed crown moldings—some of which are original to the building—found throughout the expansive rooms.
In previous interviews, Allen divulged details on plans for the home’s kitchen, which she wanted to make the focal point of the home. Located on the main level, the kitchen is outfitted with Ann Sacks tile backsplash, Plain English cabinetry, an Officine Gullo range, and oversized windows over the eat-in dining area. Also on this level is a media room with wall-to-wall tiger-print carpet, which opens to the private backyard, and an additional guest suite as well as a powder room, and an additional living area.
On the second level, the primary bedroom suite consists of two sizable walk-in closets, a sitting area with a fireplace, and a large bath. Within the suite, the room designated for the sleeping has no windows, and includes pocket doors for maximal darkness. On the third floor are two additional guest rooms, a lounge, and a home office.
The couple, who wed in Las Vegas with an Elvis impersonator officiant in 2020, confirmed their split in February 2025.
