In 2009, acclaimed artist Will Ryman transformed Marlborough’s New York gallery into a whimsical garden with 39 large flower sculptures ranging in height from two to seven feet. Among them was Untitled (Rose 16), which sold at Christie’s in 2023.

The fall/winter 2025–26 collection at Roger Vivier celebrates the many rose gardens of Paris, with handbags and shoes such as these stilettos, featuring a tightly coiled blossom and a thornlike heel.
