Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York Announces 2026 Designers

Just as exciting as the address reveal for the annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York is the reveal of which talents will be participating, crafting imaginative spaces culled from a wide-range of unique inspirations. When this year’s happening opens its doors at 80 West Washington Place in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, the storied townhouse will reveal rooms shaped by 22 long-standing and emerging talents.

“We are honored to bring together some of the industry’s most talented designers in support of a mission that extends far beyond these walls,” says Daniel Quintero, Executive Director of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “This event has helped create opportunities for so many young people through the life-changing programs of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, and we are deeply grateful to this year’s participants for helping us continue that legacy.”

Among this year’s participants are long-standing contributors Carrier and Company as well as past participants Robbins Architecture and Interiors, Vanessa Deleon Associates, and Ten Plus Three. “It’s an honor to be part of this year’s Show House, both through our room and our involvement with the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club,” says Jesse Carrier and Mara Miller, founding principals at Carrier and Company. “The Kips Bay Show House is a snapshot of where design is headed, and what makes it unique is the diversity of voices contributing to it. We’re looking forward to seeing the creativity, craftsmanship, and imagination our fellow designers bring to this extraordinary house, all in support of a cause that has such a meaningful impact.”

Participating designers range from more established studios to rising stars, with firms representing New York, Dallas, and Los Angeles. “For more than 50 years, Kips Bay has set the standard,” says Andrew Torrey, who is making his second appearance at the show house, joining other interiors experts such as Aamir Khandwala Interior Design, Atelier CV, and Dunnam Zerbini Design. “An invitation to design a room here is a defining moment in an interior designer’s career. This year’s contemporary townhouse in Greenwich Village marks a new, exciting chapter, and I’m grateful to have a hand in it.”

Further elevating spaces within the 1839 Georgian red-brick townhouse listed on the historic register are Bilotta Kitchen & Home, Chad Dorsey Design, Emily Del Bello Interiors, Eve Jean Interiors, EZG Design, John Ferguson Interiors, KKB Interiors, Marmol Radziner, Megan Grehl, Nicole Fisher Interiors, Peter Dunham & Associates, Studio Armando Aguirre, Tyler Banken | Landscape Design & Outdoor Living, and Wegner Cabinetry.

Additionally, this year’s show house will for the first time feature an art curation of works by American talents, organized by writer and Galerie contributor Gay Gassmann. “The curated art stair will run through the entire house and lead visitors up to all the rooms with artworks on each landing,” says Gassmann. “I have selected American artists who represent American creativity and beauty in all its forms. I invite visitors into the show house to celebrate living with art, color, and joy.”

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York opens at 80 West Washington Place on Wednesday, September 16 and runs through October 13.
