Justin Timberlake Lists Stunning Los Angeles Villa for $35 Million
The Grammy winner and his wife, Jessica Biel, are parting with their nine-bedroom compound, which features interiors by Estee Stanley
For nearly two decades music superstar Justin Timberlake has presided over this lavish Hollywood Hills estate, originally built for Oscar winner Helen Hunt on a parcel that Errol Flynn once owned. (How’s that for a Tinseltown pedigree?) Timberlake, who is married to actress Jessica Biel, reportedly paid $8.3 million for the Spanish-style abode in 2002 but has since made substantial upgrades. He is now seeking $35 million for the compound.
For starters, the “What Goes Around” singer acquired an adjacent plot for maximum privacy, bringing the total size of the gated property to 10.2 wooded acres—a rarity in Los Angeles. Crowned with terra-cotta tiles, the 13,500-square-foot residence also boasts rustic-chic interiors that have been recently refreshed by A-list designer Estee Stanley, whose clients also include Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey.
In addition to a gourmet chef’s kitchen, the seven-bedroom hideaway features lavish perks such as a cinema, state-of-the-art gym, and 85-foot-long infinity pool with sweeping mountain vistas. A more intimate plunge pool plus a regulation-size tennis court are located just below the main pool area, which also features a two-bedroom guest house.
Although the power couple—who have two children—have decided to part with the stunning property, they have no shortage of backup places to call home. Along with their four-bedroom Manhattan penthouse, they maintain an estate at the Yellowstone Club in Montana as well as a sprawling undeveloped parcel in Tennessee, Timberlake’s home state.
The home is listed with Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland. See more photos below.
