Rock icon Jon Bon Jovi has listed his swanky New York City apartment for $22 million. The Living on a Prayer singer acquired the spacious West Village condo—which encompasses some 4,000 square feet—for $18.9 million in 2017, according to the Wall Street Journal, which broke the story.

Set in the exclusive Greenwich Lane development, which was constructed in 2015 on the site of the former St. Vincent’s Hospital, the four-bedroom aerie boasts spellbinding views of the city and Hudson River. Crafted by architecture firm FXCollaborative with interiors by Thomas O’Brien, the LEED-certified complex is equipped with a bevy of plush amenities, among them a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, golf simulator, 21-seat cinema, a landscaped central courtyard, and treatment rooms managed by luxury wellness center La Palestra.

As for Bon Jovi’s corner unit, it comes with direct elevator access, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private terrace—not to mention an eat-in kitchen stocked with appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele. Oak floors throughout are stained a dark, glossy hue, except in the baths, where heated marble floors abound. The light-filled primary bath is particularly luxe, outfitted with a walk-in closet, custom millwork, a glass-enclosed shower, and marble mosaics.

With the latest listing, the New Jersey–born rocker appears to be ditching Manhattan. Four years ago he unloaded another West Village pad for $15 million, and parted with a Soho penthouse a few years before that. His current real estate portfolio includes a $43 million Palm Beach manse, East Hampton retreat, and a 15-acre New Jersey compound.

155 West 11th Street, Unit 14A is listed with Leonard Steinberg of Compass. See more photos below.
