Jessica Alba Lists Chic Beverly Hills Villa for $6.2 Million
The L.A.’s Finest star is selling her swanky Spanish-style abode

Actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba has listed her Beverly Hills home for $6.2 million.
Alba, who’s set to costar with Gabrielle Union in the upcoming police drama L.A.’s Finest, a cable TV spinoff of the film series Bad Boys, purchased the property for just over $4 million about a decade ago.
The three-bedroom residence takes cues from Spanish Colonial Revival architecture, with a low-slung clay-tile roof, arched doorways, and decorative iron balconies gracing the façade. A two-bedroom guest or staff apartment is located above the four-car garage, bringing the house’s total size to approximately 5,300 square feet.

Throughout the dwelling, which has been thoroughly remodeled since it was built in 1975, whitewashed walls pair with stone tile and rustic hardwood floors. A home office lined with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves gives direct access to the pool, and the formal dining room sits adjacent to a lavish patio and outfitted with a pizza oven and kitchen. Palm trees shade the lagoon pool in the luxuriant backyard, which comes complete with its own waterfall.
The property is listed with Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker and Mark Alba of Alba Realty.
