Jamie Dornan Lists Chic Midcentury House for $3.2 Million
The 50 Shades of Grey actor has put his Hollywood Hills home on the market
Jamie Dornan, star of the wildly successful 50 Shades of Grey trilogy, has listed his Los Angeles home for $3.2 million.
Originally built in 1959, the house was reconceptualized and expanded in 1966 by architect Val Powelson and is located in the Nichols Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills. The four-bedroom, four-bath retreat is organized around a glass-box atrium, perfect for letting in all that California sunshine. The distinctive space even includes a water feature that radiates tranquility.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors create an indoor-outdoor effect, opening onto the expansive pool and spa area, which boasts a substantial deck and a fire pit—ideal for entertaining. The sun-drenched master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open directly to the leisure area. The one-story home spans 2,500 square feet and sits on a lot totaling just over 8,400 square feet.

The actor bought the residence in 2016, but, after wrapping up the blockbuster 50 Shades films earlier this year, he now spends most of his time in Europe, the listing agent told People. The property is listed by Jeff Kohl of The Agency.
