The Oscar-winning actress is selling her four-bedroom house in the Coldwater Canyon enclave
Oscar winner Emma Stone has listed her Beverly Hills home for $3.8 million.
The charming 3,900-square-foot house has four bedrooms and four and a half baths and was previously owned by the late British actor Dudley Moore. Stone, best known for acclaimed turns in La La Land and 2018’s critical darling, The Favourite, purchased the property from another Academy Award winner, Australian film editor Kirk Baxter, in 2012 for $2.4 million.

The residence is brimming with color, from the fire-engine red front door to the cheerful pink wallpaper in the foyer and multicolored chandeliers hanging in the living and dining rooms. The kitchen boasts a bevy of high-end appliances, like a 60-inch double-oven range from Wolf, an additional Wolf steam oven, Subzero refrigerator and freezer with additional drawers, a built-in Miele coffeemaker, and double Miele dishwashers.
A heated pool takes up much of the backyard, which is lined with neatly trimmed hedges for extra privacy.
The house is listed with Stacy White of Compass.
