On a recent visit to Italy for Milan Design Week, I took the time for a little side trip to Lake Como. There, Galerie invited friends of the magazine to tour Villa Cagni Troubetzkoy, which we featured in our 2024 Collectors issue. While winding down the hillside path leading to the water, I encountered so many moments of inspiration, from the breathtaking views to the variety of terraced gardens—each an exhilarating example of why it’s so important to travel.
