Just in time for summer, A-list actress Drew Barrymore has placed her utterly charming Hamptons estate on the market for $8.45 million. Nestled on 1.7 acres in the village of Sagaponack, the seven-bedroom compound is located less than a mile from the Town Line Beach and comes equipped with its own gunite pool and outdoor entertaining areas.
The eponymous Drew Barrymore Show host acquired the rustic-chic property five years ago and spearheaded a renovation of the converted barn residence, which features exposed wooden beams, terra-cotta tiles, and butcher-block countertops.
