Throughout September, three showcases highlight the work of rising artist Raven Halfmoon, Irish painter Sean Scully, and Iranian photographer Shirin Neshat. In these exhibitions, visitors can take in a range of mediums such as Halfmoon’s clay and bronze sculptures which evoke the history and feminism of Indigenous ancestry, Scully’s large-scale geometric canvases which explore his connection to the surrounding area during his career, as well as Neshat’s first museum solo show in the New York area in over 20 years, presenting both her first major photographic works Women of Allah (1993–7), recent projects made on film, and more.
